The Pickle Fetish Co. started in a small home kitchen right here in Lincolnton, North Carolina. We wanted pickles with an aggressive snap, garlic that punches back, and complex brines that you actually want to drink when the jar is empty.
What began as weekend experiments for friends quickly turned into an all-out obsession. We source quality cucumbers, mix custom whole-spice blends, and hand-pack every single jar with pride and a little southern attitude.

Lincolnton isn't just where we make pickles—it's our home. We built this business around Saturday morning markets, local block parties, and neighbors swapping jars over fence posts.
